1. ABOUT BY PIYI

2. ORDERING
- Upon completing your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email.
- Contact us immediately at info@bypiyi.com if there are any discrepancies in the confirmation.
3. DELIVERY
- Normal delivery times range from 3-7 days. Note: Weekend orders ship earliest on monday.
- Contact us at info@bypiyi.com for any delivery delays not communicated.
4. PRICES
- All prices in EURO and SEK and inclusive of 25% VAT.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes or errors.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWL
- Legal 14-day withdrawal period from receiving your order.
- Notify us at info@bypiyi.com with your name, address, email, order number, and clear details of the return.
- Return items within 14 days; you are responsible for shipping and ensuring products are well-packaged.
5.1 No withdrawal for:
- Sealed health or hygiene products, if opened.
- Sealed audio/video recordings with broken seals.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Services begun with explicit consent.
- Perishable goods, e.g., food.
- Single issues of newspapers or magazines.
6. COMPLAINTS
- Inspect products upon receipt. We handle damaged or incorrectly shipped items at no cost.
- Contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
- Complaints must be sent immediately after detection.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- We are not liable for indirect damages due to product use.
- No responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure).
8. PRODUCTINFORMATION
- We reserve the right for website errors and product sellouts.
- Images may not precisely represent products due to screen differences. We aim for accurate portrayals.
